Good to know
Does state NP authority give a TESU student independent practice rights?
No. AANP categories describe licensed NP practice. Students still work under the supervision, course, site, and state rules that apply to the approved experience.
Should a TESU placement search start with a physical site?
Yes. Physical placement is the planning baseline. Confirm the course, supervisor, organization, and state requirements before relying on a proposed match.
Can a virtual-capable TESU proposal be reviewed?
Only after current written permission from TESU, the course team, the site, and every applicable state. Review does not promise approval or academic credit.
